Arlaud Morey St Denis 1er Cru Cheseaux 2014
Tasting Note
'The 2014 Morey-Saint-Denis Aux Cheseaux 1er Cru has a crisp and focused bouquet, a mixture of red and black fruit laced with minerals and that oyster shell tincture that was evident in barrel. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, supple tannin, crisp acidity, a little more grip than the Les Millandes. A graphite-tinged, quite firm finish will require three or four more years in bottle to soften. Very fine. Tasted at Flint Wines’ Arlaud retrospective.'
