'100% whole bunch because it is such a small cuvée. A dark purple, with lifted fruit on the nose continuing through to the palate, ultra-concentrated but all in the best possible balanced way. Dark strawberry as well as the raspberry, just enough acidity, fine length. Keeps coming back afterwards.'
