'A bright, even, ruby purple colour. More weight than the Echezeaux, possibly less refinement than Clos de la Roche. So harmonious! A glorious succulent whole with very good acidity to help retain the optimum freshness. This is enormously appealing with a sense of latent majesty. Despite the opulence it remains light on its feet and exceptionally persistent! Immaculate texture.'
