'A fine crimson. The bouquet is not indecently opulent but goodness me the class is there. This has ripened very well so in fact there are some darker fruit notes, without losing the raspberry. Such an explosion of fruit behind, without a fine clean acidity and just the right tannins. The aftertaste builds, yielding almost as much as when the wine is still in the mouth. Exceptionally fine! A lovely clean thread of acidity.'
