'Disgorged in 2002, Selosse's NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs is fully mature, offering up aromas of dried fruits, toasted nuts, baking spices, confit citrus, peach and honeycomb. Full-bodied, broad and vinous, it's rich, fleshy and dramatic, with a textural attack and a long, expansive finish. While it's still drinking well, now is a good time to drink up.'
