Tasting Note
'The 2001 Côte Grand Cru, from Clos Cazal in Oger, is another pretty wine from Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche's negociant range. Lemon peel, flowers, mint and almonds are nicely delineated. With time in the glass some slightly angular edges emerge, but not enough to meaningfully detract from the wine's overall balance. The 2001 exudes lovely warmth and resonance throughout. Dosage is 3 grams/liter.'
