Tasting Note
'Red sand and granite, up the hill, by the windmill, on the north side exposed to cool winds. Fine mid purple, gloriously ripe yet fine precise and tense with an excellent aftertaste, a super succulent beast and very long indeed. Exuberant juice at the back, less reduction than the preceding cuvees. This has the potential to be very fine.'
